HOUSING

ARPC’s Housing program works closely with local communities, housing agencies, developers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies that support housing affordability, accessibility, and quality.

Through research, data analysis, and community engagement, we identify housing challenges and opportunities, provide technical assistance, and facilitate collaboration among key stakeholders.

Our goal is to create vibrant

and diverse communities where everyone has access to safe, decent, and affordable housing, fostering a higher quality of life for residents across the Apalachee region.

This program promotes housing affordability through partnerships with local governments, contractors, and homeowners. There is no repayment required, on the condition that terms are followed, including remaining on the property for 5 years as the primary residence and maintaining homeowner’s insurance.
