ARPC’s role in RESTORE is to help Franklin, Gulf, and Jefferson counties with grant oversight, including developing grant proposals for review by the Gulf Consortium, before being delivered to the EPA for review and comment. The ARPC will help with project management once projects enter the implementation phase.
